| Under the NetFlow Database Table Maintenance window, I tried to use the "Stop Service" button but it does not seem to work. When I click it, I see the "Stopping NetFlow Service" button but it just sits there (screen shot attached). Under the "Services" panel on the server, I never see the service change state.
If I restart the service from the server console, the "Stopping NetFlow Service" window does update then goes away.

| | mbell, Thank you for the information. I also see the issue on my test machine. I'm curious, do you have the same web server setup as I do? I'm testing on Windows 2003 and have WhatsUp setup to use IIS 6.0 web server using an admin user as the Windows user account for anonymous access. Ipswitch WUG Team, SV |

| | Mark, We found a solution for this issue that worked for us. Open IIS and go to the "NMConsole" properties window. In the "Virtual Directory" tab set your "Application Protection" option to "Low(IIS Process)". Restart IIS, you should now be able to restart the NetFlow service at the NetFlow Database Table Maintenance window. Ipswitch WUG Team, SV
