What timeframe are the NetFlow homepage utilization statistics taken from, and is it adjustable?

Looking at my current homepage, I see one circuit at 167% utilization, but that was 30 minutes or so ago. How often is it refreshed?

That information is for the last 30 minutes and it is not configurable.
