WhatsConnected/Config/OidMaps directory

You should see the following files:

collector-oid-map.xml

device-type-oid-map.xml

out-map.xml

user-device-type-oid-map.xml

Are they all there?

With the attached file: netview-engine-config.cfg.  (You will need to unzip first, of course).

Please reply when you try this.

just did a re-install

Have downloaded the zip file and installed that over the existing file

It appears we have success as a discovery is running as we speak
