Hi.
We have over 800 mail accounts on our server and I belive half of them are not in use. also many of them have 100MB or more in Inbox, but belive its old spam.

I want to send Email to all using Mailall.exe and inform that accounts not used for 3 months will be deleted from the system if not used.

but:

Is there a way I can see when the account was used last time?

Some users are using webmail and others Outlook.
Is there a way I can see when they downloaded mails last time or when they used webmail last time.

We are using webmail and pop3

Hope anyone has a solution

I know there is a blank file in each user folder named lastlog.in and the file date changes when user checks their email via pop3. This file date does NOT change if user uses webmail.

You will need to write a script to read the date of lastlog.in to determine when was the last time user logins. Maybe someone here has a script for that.
