I am connecting to G International (IBM Advantis) via SSL. The pop box appears and gives me the non-trusted certificate warning. If I choose, Trust this certificate is is SUPPOSE to add a trusted certificate authority and not show the pop-up again. Well it doesn't work for me. I am trying to run a DOS bat file to move some things around and FTP the files, but everything screeches to a halt with this pop-up box.

I'm having a similar problem here. I have a ftps site that uses AUTH SSL and it keeps asking me to add the certificate to the trusted authority despite the fact that it is already there.

I'm also having this exact same problem. I believe a 3rd instance requires an Ipswitch response! I need to run .bat files and this annoyance is definitely in the way of that. I will post if I find anything out...

Spoke with Tech Support and it is a known defect. I was told to downgrade to 9.0. I couldn't get a ballpark ETA on a patch, but was told the fix are based on call volume for the problem and they have reeived MANY calls on this issue.

I also spoke with tech support and was told that a maintenance release would be coming out at the end of this month and this problem would be resolved.

Again, I will update you all if I hear any different or if I get a date on the release.

I am having the same issue and am using version 9.01. Has anyone's issue been resolved yet or are we still waiting for a fix from ipswitch? Thanks

When I connect to IBM/GXS, the remote file sizes are displayed as 0 (zero), even though the files contain data. Has anyone encountered this issue? My version is 2006.0.1.0.
