It worked fine before the upgrade. It looks like all the permissions are still set for .NET 2.0, but obviously something went wrong with the upgrade. This is the 3rd upgrade where something has gone wrong.

PS: The knowledge base refers to a Microsoft website which is for .NET 1.1, not 2.0, plus it's for an older version of IIS. I'm running this on Server 2003 with IIS 6.0. It's extremely important to get this back up and running since there is no other way to access what's in the Junk folders. As a matter of fact, my registration to this forum was found in the junk folder.
