20080522 131004 127.0.0.1 SMTP (0AF40006) ERR undeliverable 550 mail not accepted from blacklisted IP address [a.b.c.d]

I've verified that my address is out of any RBL what does it mean ? It's a problem from the receiver server that has my ip in some other list that it use ?

The receiving server says that your IP is on a blacklist.
