| | Please help. I have had 2007 PRO since December and was loving it until about 6 weeks or so ago when it decided to start interchanging files that it downloads or uploads. For instance, when I am dealing with a large # of files, many times one file interchanges with another so that the file named 1 and file named 2 switch information with each other and when I open the file that should be 1 it has all the information that 2 has and vice versa. Please help. This is driving me nuts and I have spent hours trying to figure it all out but to no avail. Has anyone else experienced this problem and how did U fix it? I do not have a service agreement with them and quite honestly I think it is most likely a bug in the software, and I tried un and reinstalling but that did not help. TIA. Renee |
