"The configuration of the AdminConnection\TCP protocol in the SQL instance WHATSUP is not valid."

I get that anytime I reboot or restart the SQLBrowser service. I'm running WUG12, and looking through the event logs this started with the upgrade. The server is Win2003 Std and I'm using the default SQL that comes with WUG.
