| i downloaded whatsup gold v12 from the myipswitch website.
upgrade from v11 went without problem. after restarting the server it asked me to activate v12. i entered the serial and myipswitch account, but it doesn't work. getting an error message or the window dissapears. has someone else experienced these problems?

| problem solved, after many times trying the activation procedure, it worked.

| The licensing server is experiencing some latency at the moment due to the high interest in version 12. If you receive an error during activation like the user above (offering a phone number to call), try again in a few minutes. We appologize for the inconvenience. Hope this helps, Steve |

| | Hi, I am having the same issue - cannot activate v12. I have tried numerous times using the automatic web based activation with no success - is there still an issue with latency on your servers? I have also tried the offline activation, and i get an error where it does not like the license.txt file that is generated from the license.ofa Please advise |
