| Using v5 and firewall settings I have entered the port range as “20-22,6000-6100” (this is entered exactly as shown with no spaces). I have also entered an IP address. When the client connects using PASV mode it will receive ports outside the range (client using v9). An extract from an attempted connection last night: [] PASV [] 227 Entering Passive Mode (x,x,x,x,0,22). [] connecting data channel to x.x.x.x:0,22(22) [] PORT x,x,x,x,19,78 *** note port is actually 4942) [] 200 command successful [] MLSD [] 425 Can't open data connection. How do I go about resolving this? Thanks, Tony |

| | PASV is a client requested port, so I would have the client check their firewall port definitions that they have allowed from your external FTP server IP. |
