| I'm not sure how often you guys run into this, about once a week for us a user will state they cannot see their inbox or spam folder... getting a red-x error message in webmail.
If that happens, don't delete the mailbox mbx file... instead delete the .xml file for the inbox or spam folder in their user folder. like spam.xml.... this refreshes the page and fixes the issue keeping their emails in tack. Just a tip |

| | This was fixed a few versions ago...we have about 475 domains....9200+ users and boy I was getting very tired of hearing about the RED X issue!!!! I got fed up and ran a script every night to delete all .xml files. Thankfully they fixed it. |

| | flitzender elch, Can you forward the mbx with this issue? If this is a large mailbox can you also isolate the email message in question to a separate mbx before forwarding? email: dwise@imailserver.com

| | flitzender_elch, Thank you for sending me the mailbox. I was able to duplicate your issue. I have logged it, and it will be prioritized for a future release. The problem with this mailbox is as you said, a message that contained only a From and Status (No body, subject...) . This issue is handled correctly in most cases, but when it is the first message in the mailbox it produces the error you displayed. We are striving to correct all message display issues, so should you come across any other issues, please forward them to me at dwise@alpha.ipswitch.com Thank you for posting.
