Hi All,

One of my mail servers is running Imail 8.15 with Declude 4.X. and is sitting behind an alligate gateway.

Is there a limit to the amount of domains/email accounts I can host before service quality starts to deteriorate? Can I host say 500 domains/hosts with 10,000 email accounts?

Does Imail have a limit?

FYI: The mail server itself is a Xeon 3.2 with 4Gb Ram and 250GB 15k scsi drives.

The answer is more in terms of emails processed rather that how many domains or users.

My best recommendation is to search the Imail email forum archives as about 2-3 years ago there was some lengthy excellent discussions about this and a way to find the answer.
