I also wanted to add these things I perceived about the upgrade from 7.15 to V10

Regchecker good tool and it worked well

the installation process was as easy as running the setup program

IClient worked immediately

IAdmin generated "Internal Server Error 500" and crashes in the browser.   It is acting like a possible ASP coding issue.  I have MDAC 2.8 loaded and I tried following other suggestions printed for 2006 version.  no dice..  I am also using the native imail Database.

See what kind of error message you see when the "Show Friendly Error Message Option" in your browser is turned off.  This url gives more detail about that option.  http://classicasp.aspfaq.com/general/why-do-i-get-a-500-internal-server-error-for-all-asp-errors.html

Happy to report today we fixed the issue.  It was all about permissions for the most part.  We also had some sort of DLL issue but assigning an administrative user to the virtual directory fixed the issue.  Apparently my environment is a little off or more people will see this down the road.  I am happy it is fixed and it has been put into ipswitches knowledge base for V10.
