Trying to download a file ifs_Server61_SSH.exe 35,540 kb for the past 15min and still downloading. I also notice that:

Their is no status bar to tell me % completion or estimated time remaining.

Their is no cancel transfer button

Thanks

I tried to download under /users/wsftpdemo1/Chris-folder the file A+Brochure5.pdf but

ERROR
       -A+Brochure5.pdf       - Failed to donwload

was shown.

After a new login the failure wasn't shown but downloading the file is also impossible. (The pop-up-blocker is disabled)

Clicking on the download button -> an new window pops for about 1 second up and closes automaticly without downloading the file.

Hi Christoph-IT4F,

That flash is IE squashing the security warning and then losing focus.  To get rid of this, on IE, you will probably have to change your Tools | Internet Options |Security | Trusted Sites settings to add the tpp site ( http://tpp.wsftp.com/thinclient/Login.aspx ) to your Trusted Sites.

That browser window that flashed - have you noticed if it's showing up in your taskbar?  We've seen this strange behavior where the windows flashed for a second and then automatically loses focus and minimizes to the task bar but remains open and active.

Let us know if that helps.
