We just installed a new Imail Premium server with the latest installer download from the IPSwitch website and the AntiSpam service will not start. We are running Server 2003 Std RC2. All other services are running. I have tried a repair install, and also removing and re adding the AntiSpam part. Always the same result.

When I try and manually start the starengineservice service from with the services.msc - it will not start, and there is no error posted anywhere. The starengine/data and logging folder remain empty.

Any help would be appreciated.
