Ok, under the Contacts, if you have a group that has a lot of contacts, on the right hand box where you browse the group of contacts, if you go to page 2, click on a contact, then click the < arrow to remove them, it removes the 1st contact on page one, not the contact you intended to remove. This happens on all contacts on page 2+, but works properly if removing a contact from page 1.

Hello,

we have the same problem. I've mentioned this problem to ipswitch some weeks before but got not reaction from the support.

Does anybody has a solution for this problem?

Ben

If you have a large number of contacts in the access database file, it is recommended that you convert to using MS SQL database.

Well, I would not say this is large, since only about 10 show per view, so like 20 in this particular group. But either way, the feature should work regardless.

The issue with deleting contacts from a group, is a known issue, and is being prioritized for the next release.

The cause of this issue is from using the "Add a New Address" link (below the Group Members box), and creating a group recipient that is not a contact member (unchecking the "Create a New Contact").

We are having this problem on any saved personal group.  Once a user edits a group, every time they select an address to remove and press the "<", the first contact is removed.

Everything works fine when you create a new group but one you save it and try to edit the list, the first contact in the list is removed regardless of who you selected.
